Our clinical supervision sessions for aesthetic practitioners are designed to support safe, reflective, and accountable practice within the rapidly growing field of medical aesthetics. Clinical supervision will be led by Charlotte Ward RN/NMP, an experienced nurse with a strong background in clinical leadership, medical-led aesthetic clinics, and advanced aesthetic practice. Charlotte also runs her own teaching academy and serves as the South West Regional Lead for The Nurses Network, giving her extensive insight into professional standards, practitioner development, and the real challenges faced in private practice. These sessions provide a structured space for case discussion, complication management, reflective learning, and professional development for aesthetic nurses and prescribers. Where required, Louise Joyce RGN/NMP will also contribute from a clinical governance and regulatory perspective, supporting practitioners to strengthen their compliance frameworks and align their practice with professional standards and wider regulatory expectations within private healthcare. This collaborative approach ensures practitioners receive both clinical insight and governance support, helping aesthetic professionals practise safely, confidently, and compliantly.
